An industrial building is part of a wider operational plan. For Southern Foam, Atlas’s construction work needed to reach the point where the client could arrange the installation of its machinery.
Across two separate appointments, Atlas was responsible for foundations, substructure, steel structure, superstructure and the external building envelope. This was a substantial base-build construction scope, rather than an internal fit-out alone.

Atlas’s scope extended through the superstructure and external building envelope. The structure and enclosing works needed to come together as parts of the same construction package.
