01New practice fit-outs and refurbishments+
Discuss the premises, existing condition and proposed room layout with us. Internal alterations and construction finishes are planned around the design, equipment information and agreed scope.
02Treatment rooms and circulation+
Partitions, doors, ceilings and finishes need to be considered alongside equipment positions and services. We work with the appointed designers and specialist contractors on those construction interfaces.
03Reception and staff areas+
The areas outside the treatment rooms shape how patients arrive and how staff use the practice. We coordinate the specified building work, finishes and joinery with the wider fit-out.

Agreeing responsibilities early helps your team see what must be designed, ordered and installed at each stage. We coordinate the construction alongside the specialists you appoint.
01Equipment contractor interfaces+
Equipment layouts and installation requirements inform service positions, builders’ work and the construction sequence. Equipment supply, specialist installation and commissioning responsibilities are agreed with the relevant contractors.
02Building services and specified finishes+
Your specialist team defines the required services and material specification. Atlas coordinates the building work and trade interfaces, including access for installations and the supporting information required at handover.
03Work around an operating practice+
Where the practice remains in use, we discuss access, separation of work areas and sequencing before agreeing arrangements. Any phasing depends on the building, clinical requirements and construction scope.
